FAQ
Yes, we are a manufacturing factory.
Besides the factory, we set up an operation center to handle marketing, customer service and shipment. That’s why we can provide more considerate service to customers abroad.
FBA labeling is free and has no extra cost for buyers. We cooperate with forwarders to handle FBA shipments with various channel options, such as express, ocean+truck, rail+truck, air+truck.
Buyers can also have their cooperated forwarders carry the goods to FBA warehouses if they like.
For wholesale products, if it’s ready to shipment products, we can ship out goods within 5 workdays.
If it’s not ready to shipment products, and a production process is needed, the goods will be shipped out 2-3 weeks after order confirmation
For light customized products, goods are usually to be shipped out within 2-3 weeks after order confirmation.
For OEM products, the molding time will take 2-3 weeks, production will also take 2-3 weeks.
Please contact us for verifying the lead time of a specific product model.
Yes, we support both light customization (custom made color, logo, package, etc) and OEM (customized and exclusive product design)
For OEM, igs or Stp (Step) format drawings are needed for making molds
For some wholesale product models, the MOQ starts from 5 pcs. For sample orders, the MOQ can start from 1 pc.
